Events

The calendar of guitar-hero.ch references self-hosted events as well as events hosted by third-party organizations. The association is not responsible for the content or the correctness of the latter.

Selling

New items sold via this website come with a 2-year bring-in warranty. If an article being covered by the bring-in warranty cannot be repaired or is unavailable, i.e. cannot be replaced, it will be fully refunded.

Second-hand items sold via this website are sold by individuals (classified ads). Therefore there is no warranty on these products. In the particular case of a dysfunctional Guitar Hero controller, the buyer can send it to the logistics address of the association within 30 days after reception and it will be repaired or fully refunded.

Sold items are sent via the Swiss Post and delivered at most 7 working days after reception of the payment. In case of a delay with the delivery, the buyer will be informed by the seller. If the delivery of an item takes longer than 14 working days, the buyer can ask for a complete refund. In this case, he has to send the items back upon reception.
